Fixture Machinist

Shift:

1st shift Monday – Thursday 6:30am – 4:30pm

Experience:

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Description:
JOB PURPOSE:

Sets up and operate various manual and CNC machine tools
Assembles, repairs, and maintains production tools and fixtures

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Read and interpret blueprints to determine best process for machining
• Select proper tooling and fixtures based upon part specifications
• Perform part inspections using a wide variety of tools such as but not limited to a micrometer, caliper, or height gauge
• Setup and operate both manual and CNC machine tools including lathes and mills
• Adjust work and tool offsets to account for wear and maintain conforming parts
• Clean and deburr parts after machining
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Measure, examine, and test completed units in order to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications
• Offer ideas to improve designs
• Use poke-yoke techniques in all fixturing whenever possible

Plant Manager

Description:
JOB PURPOSE:

The plant manager position directs and manages all plant operations with overall responsibilities for production, maintenance, quality and other production-related activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Direct and manage plant operations for production, maintenance, quality and shipping and receiving.
• Coordinate plant activities through the planning with departmental managers to insure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner.
• Develop and control profits, plans, and budget.
• Implement cost effective systems of control over capital, operating expenditures, manpower, wages and salaries.
• Manages capital asset maintenance.
• Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standards.
• Control and minimize labor overtime, premium freight and repair expenses.
• Maintain existing plant facilities and equipment; replace, or make adjustments to plant facilities and equipment when necessary.
• Provide leadership and training to accomplish the company goals and objectives.
• Implements and maintains preventative maintenance programs.
• Incorporates shop floor organization and plant cleanliness among plant personnel.
• Provides direction, development and leadership to production supervisor.

Manual Welder

Description:
General Purpose:
Perform set up and all position welding on a diversified line of standard weldments and structures in accordance with alignment, dimensional, and general inspection requirements.

Main Job Responsibilities
• Read blueprints to determine specific placement of welds
• Bolts, clamps and tack-welds parts to secure in position of welding
• Sets up equipment and welds parts, using arc, gas-shielded arc or gas welding equipment
• Following SOP
• Some grinding and finishing work
• Alerts supervisor of any quality issues
• Maintains accurate count of parts produced

Paint Line Help/Assembly

Qualifications:

-High school diploma required or GED

– Blue Print and measuring tool experience

-Some manufacturing experience preferred

Description:
Responsible to inspect, hang on parts, masking, coordination of assembly jobs when needed, take off and packaging of finished painted products.

Press Brake Operators

Shift:

2nd Shift (Monday thru Thursday 4:45pm-2:45am)

3rd Shift (Friday-Saturday-Sunday 6:30am-6:30pm)

Experience:
  • High School diploma required or GED
  • Solid math and computer skills
  • Blue print and measuring tools experience
  •  6+ months of prior press brake experience
Description:
Set up and operate power brake to bend, punch, form rolls, arc, or straighten sheet metal and structural shapes to blueprint or specifications.

Robotic Welders

Shift:

2nd Shift (Monday thru Thursday 4:45pm-2:45am)

3rd Shift (Friday-Saturday-Sunday 6:30am-6:30pm)

Experience:

  • Associates degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Blueprint reading and measuring equipment experience required
